Sun Land Buyers is the land buying website of Sun Investments LLC, a Florida company that buys vacant land directly from owners.
What we do
Sun Investments LLC buys vacant lots and acreage in Florida for cash. We work directly with owners, many of whom live in other states and have held their land for years without using it.
We are a real estate investment company. We are not a brokerage, and we are not agents. When we make you an offer, we are the buyer.
How we do business
- We are upfront about price. Our offers are below full retail value, because we pay cash, cover the closing costs, and take on the risk. We will always explain how we got to our number.
- No pressure. An offer from us is just an offer. Take your time, ask questions, and talk it over with your family or your attorney.
- Every sale closes through a title company. A licensed Florida title company or closing attorney handles the paperwork and the money. You never pay us anything.
- We will tell you if we are not the right fit. Some land is better sold through an agent, and some we simply cannot buy. If that is the case, we will say so.
