- How you found us. If you arrive through a link that includes a source or campaign tag (for example, a web address printed on a letter we mailed you), we store that tag with your form submission. We also record the page you submitted from, the first page you visited, and the referring website, if any.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard technical details with each form submission, such as IP address and browser type, to help prevent spam.

- To research your property and decide whether we can make an offer
- To contact you by phone call or email, and by text message if you opted in, about your property or your buyer request
- To understand which of our mailings and ads people respond to
- To keep records of our transactions and of any consent you gave us

If you give us your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Sun Land Buyers about your property inquiry and offer. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.The information sharing described elsewhere in this policy does not include text messaging opt-in data or consent. That information is not shared with any third party.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do business with you:
- Service providers that host this website, store form submissions, and deliver our email and messages
- Title companies, closing attorneys, and notaries involved in a transaction with you

This website does not use advertising cookies. It uses your browser's session storage to remember a source or campaign tag during your visit, so that it can be attached to a form you submit. That information is cleared when you close the browser tab.
